What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and via PayPal. All payments are secured by our payment partners to ensure the confidentiality and security of your information. Unfortunately, checks and cash on delivery payments are not accepted.

What are the delivery times and costs ?

We offer two delivery options. Express Delivery (2-3 business days) is charged according to weight and delivery address, while Free Delivery (5-7 business days) is offered on all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Can I modify or cancel my order after validation ?

Once the order is validated, it is not possible to modify it directly from your account. However, if you need to cancel or modify any details, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee the modification once the order is being processed.

How do I return an item ?

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at contact@mayrubis.com to receive return instructions. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
